**Eat whole, natural foods in their original form.
 
**Eat naturally-raised (organic, free-range) meat including fish, seafood, poultry, beef, lamb, game,
organ meats and eggs.

**Eat whole, organic, grass-fed, raw milk products, preferably fermented such as yogurt, keifer, butter, sour cream.   Caution for those allergic to dairy.

**Use good fats:  coconut, palm oils, butter and other animal fats for cooking.  Use extra virgin olive oil,  cold pressed sesame and flax oils for salads.
 
**Eat lots of fresh, organic vegetables (raw or
lightly steamed) and  salads.  Be very careful about overdosing on sweet fruits.  Fructose is NOT healthy.

**Use whole grains and nuts that have been
prepared by soaking, sprouting or sour leavening to neutralize phytic acid and other anti-nutrients.  Best to avoid grains in general, particularly glutenous grains such as wheat, rye, oat, etc...

**Include lacto-fermented vegetables, fruits, beverages on a regular basis.

**Prepare homemade meat stocks/broths from  chicken, beef, lamb or fish bones and use liberally.
 
**Use only filtered water for cooking and drinking.

**Use unrefined seasalt, herbs and spices.

** Cook only in glass, stainless steel cookware.
 
**Use only high quality  vitamins and supplements.  Read labels very carefully!

**Get plenty of sleep, going to bed before 10:30pm.
 
**Get some daily outdoor exercise.  Make 
rebounding a routine.
 
**Expose your entire body to direct sunshine at least 60 minutes daily, avoiding the greatest solar intensity at around 11am-1pm. 

 

**Think positively and be grateful for every lesson that we've attracted into our lives.

 

**Be of service to others as this is what gives true meaning to life.


DON'T....       

 

**Avoid all commercially processed foods such as cookies, cakes, crackers, TV dinners, soft drinks,  sauce mixes, nothing in a can, box, package, etc...


**Avoid all refined sweeteners such as sugar, dextrose, glucose and high fructose corn syrup, and all synthetic sweeteners.

 

**Avoid table salt.


**Avoid white flour, all white flour products and white rice.

 
**Avoid all hydrogenated, partially hydrogenated, trans fats and oils.


**Avoid all vegetable oils (polyunsaturates) with the exception of cold-pressed virgin olive oil, coconut oil, & palm oil.

 

**Avoid fried foods.


**Do not practice strict veganism as animal products provide vital nutrients not found in plant foods.  Learn to listen to your body.

 

**Avoid all soy products unless ermented.  Soy is not health food.


**Avoid products containing protein powders.


**Avoid pasteurized, homogenized milk and dairy; do not consume lowfat milk, skim milk, powdered milk or imitation milk products.


**Avoid commercial battery-produced eggs and factory-farmed meats.


**Avoid highly processed luncheon meats and sausages containing MSG, nitrites, and other additives.


**Avoid rancid and improperly prepared seeds, nuts and grains found in granolas, quick rise breads and extruded breakfast cereals.


**Avoid canned, sprayed, waxed, irradiated, bioengineered (GMO) produce.


**Avoid artificial food additives, especially MSG, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, and aspartame, which are neurotoxins. Most processed foods, soups, sauce and broth mixes and condiments contain MSG, even if not labeled.


**Avoid caffeine-containing food/beverages such as coffee, tea and soft drinks, chocolate.


**Avoid aluminum-containing products such as commercial table salt, baking powder, antacids,  aluminum cookware or aluminum-containing deodorants.


**Do not drink tap water (fluoridated).


**Avoid poor quality vitamins containing sugars, colors, hydrogenated oils, etc...


**Do not drink alcohol, distilled liquors.


**Do not use a microwave oven. 

 

**Do not smoke and avoid second hand smoke.
