In the land of plenty, malnutrition is one of our biggest health and social problems. Food is oversupplied and abundant, yet what we choose to feed ourselves and our children are so deficient in proper nutrition that our kids are running rampant with ADD and dying of diabetes, obesity, and heart disease, etc...This is a tragic reflection of our society's shift towards the fast-paced, convenience-addicted lifestyle, at the expense of our children.

The fetus' brain formation and development reaches its peak growth during the last 3 months before birth to the first 6 months after birth and continues until about the age of 4. Dietary deficiencies do the most harm during periods of greatest brain growth and the earlier the deficiency occurs, the more damage it does.

Children born today are the future leaders of tomorow; thus, they need to be nurtured and supported in ways to promote the development of their fullest potential. One of the most crucial responsibilities of parents and guardians is to give their babies the best possible start in life, beginning with the parent's nutrition prior to conception. Producing and raising superb children of great strength, intelligence and beauty are absolutely possible...

It's a matter of conscious choice!
